We develop artificial intelligence based solutions (IA) to promote the adoption of AI in the CaixaBank group. For this, we define the AI strategy in the CaixaBank group, offer scalable and robust AI services and applications, centralise and disseminate the knowledge and best practices in AI, and we explore new technologies and trends to stay at the forefront.
The Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence is a multidisciplinary team that conceptualises and develops projects with a user-centred vision that include cognitive applications (next generation of virtual assistants), solutions based on voice technologies and text analysis, advisors, natural language classifiers or document management.
- Be involved in developing our Artificial Intelligence solutions, from creating a prototype of new functionalities and technologies until its integration with existing systems, developing your experience and abilities in this area.
- Provide expert guidance in the area of Artificial Intelligence.
- Analyse new use cases to identify potential Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Promote Artificial Intelligence initiatives in the company.
- Identify synergies and dependences between the different business areas and define reusable services for the entire organisation.
- Ensure that the products developed are consistent with the overall business strategy.
- Find solutions that cover the business needs with sustainable approaches to technology (resource consumption, maintainability, etc.).
- Collaborate in implementing new business solutions.
- Ensure the quality of the solutions developed in different locations.
- Ensure the use of methodological and tech.
- Anticipate risks, identify the problems and circumstances that harm the project and recommend realistic solutions that are within reach of the team
If you are passionate about...

- Working with AI solutions: Watson, GoogleCloud, AWS, Azure…
- Programming languages: Python, SQL, Java.
- Machine Learning and mathematical and statistical models such as self-encoders, Transformers, RNNs, time series analysis, Gradient Boosting, Multi-armed Bandits, etc.
- Cognitive assistants, natural language processing, image processing, voice processing.
- Model development methodologies (MLOps, DataOps, etc.).
- Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, SaaS).
- Agile methodologies and technical Backlog management of the product.
