What your day to day life will look like...
Your responsibilities in this position will be:
- Defining computer solutions in SAP SuccessFactors aimed at the needs of HR (Payroll, Employee management, Compensation, Benefits, Development, Performance&Goals and TimeOff), including direct management with the end users
- Ensuring that products implemented or developed are consistent with the overall business strategy
- Finding solutions that cover the business needs with sustainable approaches to technology (resource consumption, maintainability, etc.)
- Planning in accordance with the available resources and the assigned projects, and reporting on the state of and forecast for the implementation of each assigned project
- Managing shared responsibilities with other teams
- Ensuring the use of methodological and technological tools that help improve the work being done, proposing improvements to the way of taking on the projects
- Anticipating risks, identifying problems and circumstances that harm the project and recommending realistic solutions within the scope of the team
- Designing new projects (analyse requirements, choose alternatives, propose solutions)
- Monitoring the technological analysis and development of projects, according to CaixaBank Tech’s methodology and quality standards, and ensuring the quality of the implementation of projects within the scope of SAP Human Resources
- Monitoring incidences in direct communication with SAP through the management of Notes
- Managing and supervising the impacts deriving from the implementation of SAP Notes and Patches
- Keeping up to date with future functionalities and proactively proposing improvements
Key skills and requirements:
- Advanced degree, preferably in Computer Science or Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience of more than 5 years in implementations of the following modules for complex business groups:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- SuccessFactors Employee Central (Master Data and Time Off)
- SuccessFactors Compensation
- Knowledge of the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR and/or other applications
- Official SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and SAP MCH-PY certifications a plus
- Experience in the implementation of the SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) module is also a plus
- Ability to adapt to and learn other Success Factors modules
- Integrity and accountability, identifying threats and consulting with others on to how to mitigate them
- Ability to anticipate potential changes in order to adapt to them quickly, both personally and as a team
- Redefining complex problems in simple terms and weighing the solutions identified
- Ability to understand and assimilate the specific business needs at the portfolio level
- Ability to promote the strengths of the department and to align them with the global objectives
- Ability to promote the development and learning of others
- Communication and influence: Ability to speak in public on a regular basis, convince, and convey strategies applicable to multiple locations
- Management of mixed multidisciplinary internal and external teams from different companies and vendors
- High level of English: conversational level required
