What your day to day life will look like...
The main mission of the position will be to add value to the company by implementing human resources processes and guiding the professional development of the people in the areas assigned. The key duties will also include being in charge of:
- Identifying personnel needs and developing recruitment strategies to fill vacancies.
- Carrying out structured interviews and assessing candidates based on their abilities, experience and competencies.
- Administering the relevant tests and evaluations for the roles.
- Taking hiring decisions based on the evaluations and offering employment to the candidates selected.
- Offering support and advice to directors, managers and employees involving human resources.
- Collaborating in the orientation and onboarding process to ensure that new employees are effectively integrated into the organisation.
- Advising managers on hiring decisions.
- Implementing career and talent management plans, identifying development needs and searching for potential.
The HRBP will also manage and plan both programme and staffing budgets.
In coordination with corporate experts and HR Management, the HRBP will monitor labour relations, reduce legal exposure, ensure compliance with the applicable labour laws, and coordinate internal and external selection processes to find the best person for the job.

- Psychology, business, law, labour relations. (other degrees/studies may be considered).
- Additional knowledge of Human Resources a plus
- Experience in technological environment a must (high-tech a plus).
- Two-years’ experience as a HRBP with practical knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
- High level of English a plus.
