What your day to day life will look like...
- You will lead and execute initiatives for governing licences, contracts and product governance, consolidating the asset management governance model.
- You will design and control processes aimed at detecting surplus or insufficient licencing, as well as establish plans to mitigate this.
- You will identify levers to contribute to cost saving by making use of the current contracts.
- You will conduct analyses for negotiations with vendors and true-ups, contributing with your knowledge of the mechanisms of licencing in complex negotiations with the main vendors.
- You will establish, calculate and monitor the key indicators for asset management, adding value.
- You will establish early warnings for key situations related to negotiations, consumption deviations, and others.
- You have to know the market and the licensing models of the main vendors of infrastructure or business licences.
What projects do we develop?
- Governance of contracts and licenced products, licencing lifecycle management.
- Guarantee of use of software assets to control compliance risk.
- Identify improvement and efficiency levers, with a global purpose and by product.
- Reports issued to Management.
- Collaboration in negotiations with the preparation of growth scenarios.
Key skills and requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Computer science, Telecommunications, Industrial, etc.), Mathematics, Physics or similar.
- Experience in software asset management.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the project or customer, and manage the associated pressure.
- Ability to subdivide complex problems into manageable problems using analytical methods to design possible solutions.
- Knowledge of analytical decision-making tools (SQL, PowerBI, QlikSense, etc.) a plus.
