What your day to day life will look like...
Our project revolves around the production changes at the company and focuses on providing value to the Bank’s customers through any technological innovation on the market.
You will be part of a passionate team that works in a highly changing and challenging environment, whose members help one another to get the most out of themselves and the team as they guide the rest of the organisation in the adoption of new work processes. It does this by promoting the best practices, standards and tools laid out in the new model, and guaranteeing they are used successfully and managing the change process.
We help Delivery teams to be self-sufficient in their knowledge and experience, creating capabilities within CaixaBankTech to encourage innovation, the use of new technologies and work methodologies.
All of this is done within a multidisciplinary team focused on agile frameworks.
The responsibilities related to the position are to:
- Inspire the entire organisation as leaders of change and the new culture.
- Design solutions based on BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) and the technical architecture of microservices, events and Single Page Application. Integrated with the market tools of our technology partners and the leading cloud providers.
- Contribute experience in Design Thinking dynamics that can be used to tackle challenges through collaboration and by promoting team work.
- Guide teams and individuals in adopting agile work methodologies.
