What your day to day life will look like...

Our project revolves around the production changes at the company and focuses on providing value to the Bank’s customers through any technological innovation on the market.

You will be part of a passionate team that works in a highly changing and challenging environment, whose members help one another to get the most out of themselves and the team as they guide the rest of the organisation in the adoption of new work processes. It does this by promoting the best practices, standards and tools laid out in the new model, and guaranteeing they are used successfully and managing the change process.

We help Delivery teams to be self-sufficient in their knowledge and experience, and we create skills within CaixaBank Tech to promote innovation, the use of new technologies and work methodologies.

All of this is done within a multidisciplinary team focused on agile frameworks.

The responsibilities related to the position are:

  • Define, proceduralise and execute the best practices that will be part of the road map in the transition towards methodologies and patterns based on agile frameworks.
  • Promote the road map of the transformation and transition in order to scale up the new production model to the entire organisation.
  • Inspire the entire organisation by leading the change and the new culture.
  • Guide individuals and teams as they adopt the new methodologies by creating and executing change management programmes.
