What your day to day life will look like...
What projects do we develop?
Projects to design and implement the automation of processes using BPM and ODM tools, document recognition, ad-hoc applications, ROBOTICS. Use of products IBM BAW/BAI, IBM ADS/ODM, UIPATH, JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON, PHP, R, C, C++.
Duties:
- Agile Development: promote the use of Agile methodologies, know the manifesto and assimilate the values and principles of the methodology.
- Product backlog: work with prioritisation techniques (MosCoW, evaluation of features, etc), write PBIs (clear definition and acceptance criteria).
- Coordinate small teams (2-3 people).
- Identify the team’s learning needs based on the planning of functionalities.
- Collaborate with the CaixaBank Tech strategy and/or participate in the company’s processes and functions related to the teams.
- Ensure that every product delivery is consistent with the expectations of stakeholders.
- Engage with Management staff and establish long-term relationships with the customer.
- Generate a Business Case for the product using techniques like Business Model Canvas.
- Control the financial management of the product, analysing its return.
- Identify areas of business that can be developed.
- Define the direction and vision of the product to the development and delivery teams.

- Communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and design solutions to implement/maintain processes.
- Agile problem solving.
- Identification of key aspects in on-going tasks.
- Accountability and leadership.

- Technologies such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics), BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems), AI (Artificial Intelligence).
- Work in a multidisciplinary team.
