What your day to day life will look like...
Connecting technology and business, implementing technological solutions for products, projects and solutions in the financial sector and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.
Working in a Lab, with a multidisciplinary team in Agile methodologies with deliveries of iterative value.
Being the person responsible for the overall development of software, understanding the whole lifecycle: review of requirements, analysis of the solution, programming and testing, review of incidents.
Special focus on ensuring the quality of the systems and solutions you are responsible for.
Seeking solutions that cover business needs with sustainable technological approaches (use of resources, ease of maintenance, etc.).
Detecting synergistic gains and dependences among the various business areas and defining action plans.
Ensuring the products developed are in line with the overall strategy of the business and the technology of the group
Being the person responsible for the project’s financial planning. Identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensuring the proper implementation of the solutions developed in different locations.
Ensuring the use of methodological and technological tools that help improve the work being done, proposing improvements to the way of taking on the projects.
Anticipating risks, identifying the problems and circumstances that harm the project and recommending realistic solutions that are within reach of the team.

Financial and insurance environments or similar.
Website, mobile website environments and native applications: WebLogic, J2EE, HTML5, CSS, JS, React, APIs, iOS, Android, Huawei, etc.
Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban or the like) and management tools (Clarity PPM, Confluence, Jira, Rally, etc.).
Testing and QA methodology and tools.
Design System and using Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch.
Working in a team and in English.
