What your day to day life will look like...

  • You will lead technical solutions with an omnichannel vision, with responsibilities in multiple channels and applications of the organisation.
  • You will autonomously lead the technological decisions related to the overall end-to-end project.
  • You will work on solutions based on Salesforce, while also integrating them with CaixaBank’s own architecture.
  • You will identify the technical risks of the project and provide mitigation strategies.
  • You will collaborate, together with the QA team, to define robust testing plans (regression, integration, UAT, performance).
  • You will define the rules and controls of Data Quality, and monitor them using the relevant dashboards and balanced scorecards.
  • You will ensure continuous improvement by optimising application processes and identifying inefficiencies.
  • You will know the specifics of the architecture, security and governance of the Salesforce platform within CaixaBank and ensure that all new developments are made in accordance with these rules.
  • Being abreast of the new Salesforce features, particularly the Serve and Sale clouds and with the Financial Services Cloud vertical.
  • You will look for solutions that cover the needs of the business through sustainable technological approaches (consumption of resources and sustainability).
  • Leadership in proofs of concept, as well as in the integration of innovative solutions.
  • You will drive constant improvement initiatives within the processes and procedures of the Centre of Excellence to improve efficiency and quality, both internal and of projects (testing, release management…).
  • You have to know the market and the business vision of the projects you will manage.

What projects do we develop?

We develop projects with a 360ยบ vision on the Salesforce platform of the bank, to offer agile and complete commercial management tools for the bank’s managers, and omnichannel customer service through contact centres or digital support centres.

We have one of the largest Salesforce deployments in Europe, both in terms of adoption and functionality, and we are looking for experts to help us further enhance the use of the platform.

Key skills and requirements:

  • University degree in Computer or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud deployments of more than 2,000 users with integrations with legacy environments.
  • Working knowledge of API development, publication and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, database management, deploying and managing cloud applications, devops and building APIs.
  • Previous experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar) and management tools (Confluence, Rally) is a plus.
  • Desirable certifications: Salesforce Consultant Certification (Service o Sales) or Salesforce Administrator. Other Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the design, presentation and defence of high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for technology solutions.
  • Ability to interact with technical departments(architecture/infrastructure/security) in every phase of a project’s life cycle.
  • Know and be able to decide the best technical options that affect the feasibility and scalability of projects.
  • Know the market and the technical vision of the projects being managed.
  • Integrity and accountability, identifying threats and consulting with others on how to mitigate them.
  • Ability to anticipate potential changes and risks.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the project or customer, exhibiting resilience and assertiveness.
  • Ability to speak in public on a regular basis, convince, and convey strategies applicable to multiple locations.
  • Accustomed to working in a multidisciplinary team with a constant flow of information and support.
  • Ability to understand and assimilate specific business needs.
