What your day to day life will look like...
We develop projects with a 360º vision on the Salesforce platform of the bank, to offer agile and complete commercial management tools for the bank’s managers, and omnichannel customer service through contact centres or digital support centres. We have one of the largest Salesforce deployments in Europe, both in terms of adoption and functionality, and we are looking for experts to help us further enhance the use of the platform.
The responsibilities you will assume in the position are:
- Being abreast of the new Salesforce features, particularly the Serve and Sale clouds and with the Financial Services Cloud vertical.
- Offering expert advice and contributing knowledge of the capabilities of Salesforce to the business areas and project development teams
- Knowing the best practices from the manufacturer and those of the CaixaBank Tech Centre of Excellence and ensuring that the solutions proposed by the projects are aligned.
- Knowing the specific features of architecture, security and governance of the Salesforce platform within CaixaBank, and ensure that any new development is made in line with these rules.
- Contributing solutions to improve the performance and reuse of code within a project and with a transversal vision.
- Knowing the strategy, limits and assets, as well as the architecture and security required for the design of solutions on the corporate Salesforce platform, focusing on the projects under your responsibility.
- Knowing the other applications built on the corporate platform to understand risks and points of conflict, but also where they converge and synergies can be found.
- Detecting synergies and dependences among the various projects and define action plans.
- Controlling the technical debt and propose ideas for its control and reduction. Promoting the use of frameworks.
- Detection and scaling of product issues with Salesforce Product Management.
- Seek solutions that cover business needs with sustainable technological approaches (use of resources, ease of maintenance, etc.) promoting the use of methodological and technological tools that help improve the work being done and ensure quality.
- Ensuring the execution of integrated, stress and automated testing.
- Leadership in proofs of concept, as well as in integrating innovative solutions.
- Promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the processes and procedures of the Centre of Excellence that improve efficiency and quality both internally and in projects (testing, release management…).
