What your day to day life will look like...
- Implement and lead innovative projects with a significant focus on adopting new technologies and optimising internal processes.
- Integrate technology solutions such as IA, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to improve operations and services.
- Redesign and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Promote and cultivate a culture of innovation that supports the transformation of processes and technology.
What projects do we develop?
- Internal innovation projects in the company.
- The projects will be carried out using agile methodologies.
Key skills and requirements:
- Develop and manage projects and proofs of concept based on innovative technologies, mainly artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Ability to influence the organisational culture, promoting an atmosphere that welcomes innovation and change.
- Ability to apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to effectively manage projects.
- Technical knowledge in software development. Knowledge of some of the following tools/languages: Java, Python, NodeJS, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, Angular, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Unity…
- Experience/knowledge in following areas a plus, in order of importance:
- Artificial intelligence
- Machine learning
- Blockchain
- Cryptography
- Quantum computing
- Independence and ability to manage times and unplanned events.
- Excellent communication abilities, leadership and team work.
- Capacity for active listening.
- Experience in the development of technological prototypes a plus.
- Knowledge of financial products and services will be considered.
- High level of English: conversational level required.
