What your day to day life will look like...
In the Payments & Banking Services group, we manage CaixaBank’s CORE systems, which process all account payments (Transfers, Bills, BIZUM, Clearing, etc.). We also manage other systems that provides services to CaixaBank customers (safety deposit boxes, distraints, pensions, taxes, social security, etc.).
You will be part of the team that is tasked with constantly improving the collection systems, taking into account the monitoring abilities and resilience that CaixaBank’s payment systems need to have.
- You will be the Leader of the Collection Appification team:
- You will collaborate with the ATM team to define new collection APIs
- You will be tasked with conducting project follow-up.
- You will supervise the developments and tests run by the development team.
- You will participate in collection projects:
- Projects to improve and adjust tax payment processes, teller payments, Social Security.
- Operational control and system resilience projects.
- Implementing data quality rules and controls, as well as the dashboards that reflect them.
- Optimising application environments, identifying inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
