What your day to day life will look like...
CaixaBank TECH selects project managers for the departments involved in Savings Services operations.
- You will lead the work of the team with a clear goal to achieve
- You will define realistic performance metrics for the project, recognising the associated costs
- Monitor the variability of performance testing over time
- Know the market and business vision of the projects you manage
- Design projects focused on a practical application and collaborate in large and complex implementations
- Lead independently the decisions related to the end-to-end project
- Conduct reviews with the principal stakeholder
- Contribute your technical and functional knowledge to achieve the challenges quickly, efficiently and with quality.
What projects do we develop?
Projects related to the fields of:
- Managing and configuring service fees
- Pacts and servicuentas (service packages) that affect the defined fees
- Cash management in branches and ATMs
- Maintenance and constant improvement of the parameterisation of centres and companies
- Cash count in branches
- Calculating the cash-on-hand needed in branches and ATMs using AI technology
- Transactional cognitive projects
- Deferred authorisations
- Creation and maintenance of microservices using the OpenNow architecture
- Regulatory projects in the field of charging fees
- Reengineering HOST applications to technologies in distributed (ORACLE) and CLOUD environments .
- Scaling of applications, promoting appification and the use of microservices
- Projects to provide the data pool with the necessary information to cover the reporting needs of the business departments we serve
- Analysis of application processes and detection of inefficiencies and areas of improvement
If you are passionate about...
- Working in English.
- Agile methodologies.
- Learning about code standards.
- Communicating and listening actively, understanding while allowing colleagues to express themselves.
- Knowing the techniques for scaling processes, high availability and load sharing to appropriately manage the evolution of the projects.
- Ability to design a short- (3 months) and medium-term (6-9 months) strategy for the projects you manage.
- Experience in similar positions. Experience in a financial institution a plus.
