What your day to day life will look like...
What projects do we develop?
- Projects to improve the robustness of the customer onboarding process.
- Projects to optimise technological processes.
- Regulatory projects in the field of money laundering prevention (Know your costumer, Cash control, etc.).
- Implementation of tools, rules and controls to prevent money laundering.
- Reengineering of applications to technologies in distributed environments (ORACLE).
- Scaling of applications, promoting appification and the use of microservices.
- Implementing data quality rules and controls, as well as the dashboards that reflect them
- Optimising application environments, identifying inefficiencies and areas of improvement
Your responsibilities in this position will be:
- You will lead and execute (end-to-end) strategic projects for the company.
- You will design projects focused on a practical application and collaborate in large and complex implementations.
- You will independently lead the decisions related to the overall end-to-end project.
- You will lead the work of the team with a clear goal to achieve.
- You will design definition solutions with all the stakeholders involved.
- You will identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- You will prioritise and plan the project portfolio based on impact and risk criteria.
- You will define realistic metrics for the project, recognising the associated costs.
- You have to know the market and the business vision of the projects you will manage.

Key skills and requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Computer science, Telecommunications, etc.), Mathematics, Physics or similar.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the project or customer, and manage the associated pressure.
- Ability to understand, design and implement applicable solutions within the world of IT.
- Ability to subdivide complex problems into manageable problems, and to use analytical methods to design possible solutions.
- Ability to design a short- (3 months) and medium-term (6-9 months) strategy for the projects you manage.
- Knowledge of analytical decision-making tools (SQL, PowerBI, QlikSense, etc.) a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering, Know your Customer, and related projects a plus.
