What your day to day life will look like...
Develop integrations between Salesforce and the rest of the organisation’s environments, both legacy and other SaaS tools (Exchange, CTI, Servicenow).
Design safe and optimal integrations in keeping with the best practices of Salesforce and CaixaBank (knowledge of certificates, Oauth 2.0, JWT, 2wayssl, etc.).
Identify requirements with business units and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement robust and scalable solutions in accordance with best practices.
Design and develop low-code and pro-code solutions on the force.com platform, including Apex, Lightning components, integrate applications and migrate data.
Promote best practices in Salesforce.
Great capacity to communicate with other teams.
Ensure that integrations work correctly end to end.
Guarantee unit tests integrated with developments, and define the test and mockup classes for the developments.
Provide support to the different teams that are going to use the various integrations.
Monitor new integrations and/or changes that are deployed in production, to check the performance and communications between the systems.
Document technically the developments made.
Detection/Analysis/Troubleshooting.
If you are passionate about...
Service, Sales or Financial Services implementations of more than 1,000 users.
The certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, etc.
The Agile methodology.
SQL and understanding relational databases.
