What your day to day life will look like...

• Detecting synergistic gains and dependences among the various business areas and defining action plans.
• Ensuring that the products developed are consistent with the overall business strategy.
• Being the person responsible for the project’s financial planning.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Finding solutions that cover the business needs with sustainable technological approaches (use of resources, ease of maintenance, etc.).
• Managing the implementation of the new business solutions.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the solutions developed in different locations.
• Ensuring the use of methodological and technological tools that help improve the work being done, proposing improvements to the way of taking on the projects.
• Anticipating risks, identifying the problems and circumstances that harm the project and recommending realistic solutions that are within reach of the team.

If you are passionate about...

Requirements

• Experience in the integration of Martech Tools.
• Knowledge of management and experience in Martech solutions: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium IQ, Tealium Event Stream, The Trade Desk, Sizmek, Oracle Hexadata and Apache Kafka.
• Experience in the following areas will be considered: Google Ads Facebook Ads, eMMa.
• Certification in the following will be considered: Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Integrity and accountability, identifying threats and consulting with others on to how to mitigate them.
• Ability to anticipate potential changes in order to adapt to them quickly, both personally and as a team.
• Redefining complex problems in simple terms and weighing the solutions identified.
• Ability to understand and assimilate the specific business needs at the portfolio level.
• Ability to promote the strengths of the department and to align them with the global objectives.
• Ability to promote the development and learning of others.
• Communication and influence: ability to speak in public on a regular basis, convince, and convey strategies applicable to multiple locations.
• High level of English: conversational level required.
