What your day to day life will look like...
- Mainly innovation projects.
- Other type of projects with less participation related to proofs of concept to validate and learn about innovative technologies.
- The projects will be carried out using agile methodologies.
The responsibilities related to the position are:
- Develop and manage projects and proofs of concept based on innovative technologies, mainly artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Understand scientific/technical documentation in English.
- Identify deliverables required developing and draft quality documents
- Study and assess the state-of-the-art in the relevant line/area, drawing conclusions and structuring arguments based on what has been analysed
- Summarise and/or materialise that researched on, at least, an emerging technology/areas of interaction in the defined deliverable format (simple and structured way)
- Disseminate the results internally (talks, training, etc.), adapting the language to the media and audience as appropriate
Key skills and requirements:
- Advanced degree in Computer Engineering; Degree in Mathematical engineering and data science, Telecommunications or similar
- Knowledge of agile methodologies: scrum, Kanban
- Technical knowledge in software development. Knowledge of some of the following tools/languages: Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, GNN, SQL, Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, Angular, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes and Unity, among others
- Experience/knowledge in the following areas will be considered: Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, AR/VR and Front End
- Knowledge of service management related to cloud providers will also be considered(AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE, IBM)
- Independence and ability to manage times and unplanned events
- Adaptation to change with creative solutions to specific minor problems
- Ability to work in a team and empathy
- Capacity for active listening
- Experience in the development of technological prototypes within the services sector will be considered
- Knowledge of financial products and services will be considered
- High level of English: conversational level required
