What your day to day life will look like...
We develop projects with a 360º vision on the Salesforce platform of the bank, to offer agile and complete commercial management tools for the bank’s managers, and omnichannel customer service through contact centres or digital support centres. In one of the largest Salesforce implementations in Europe, both in terms of adoption and functionality, good governance and an optimal strategy definition are essential.
The responsibilities related to the position are:
- Strategic vision on different Salesforce projects in the bank, staying abreast of the developments incorporated with each new release from the manufacturer.
- Design of solutions for Salesforce implementations according to best practices from the manufacturer and the architecture and standards of the CaixaBank Tech centre of excellence.
- Guarantee the reuse of solutions.
- Contributing specific solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to identify security problems inherent to the Salesforce development and to propose solutions.
- Offering expert advice to Salesforce development managers to ensure the scalability of the solution, reduce risks and correct performance issues.
- Leading design authority sessions in which you are able to understand the technical designs proposed by the different projects/labs and validate or redirect them towards designs aligned with the general strategy for design, software sustainability and platform efficiency, as well as coexistence with the other apps of the organization.
- Verifying the design of the software through building and applying the appropriate methods.
- Performing proactive monitoring of the status of the platform limits and processes developed by the projects. Leading and promoting the activities necessary to ensure the stability of the platform or low performance of the software.
- Follow-up of the monitoring of the platform in production environment and sandboxes to detect anomalies, incidents or points for improvement.
- Using management tools to gather and report on performance and consumption statistics.
- Defining procedures that help to improve the coexistence and efficiency of different projects of the platform (test automation, release management).
- Leading innovative concept and technical solution tests.
- Working with stakeholders to identify product developments that can be incorporated into the different projects.
- Assessing market trends and identifying the emerging technologies to evaluate the potential impacts, threats and opportunities for the organization.
