CaixaBank Tech is looking for someone with experience in AI Technical Solutions with advanced knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, mathematical and statistical models.
What projects do we develop?
We develop artificial intelligence based solutions (IA) to promote the adoption of AI in the CaixaBank group. For this, we define the AI strategy in the CaixaBank group, offer scalable and robust AI services and applications, centralise and disseminate the knowledge and best practices in IA, and we explore new technologies and trends to remain at the forefront.
The Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence is a multidisciplinary team that conceptualises and develops projects with a user-centred vision that include cognitive applications (next generation of virtual assistants), solutions based on voice technologies and text analysis, advisors, natural language classifiers or document management.
Duties:
- You will manage teams and projects.
- You will transform data into relevant information, obtaining insights and transferring this knowledge to business units, proposing solutions when required.
- You will implement reverse engineering solutions to understand the customer’s problem and solve its business challenges by identifying machine learning opportunities.
- You will work to define, implement and track indicators.
- You will conduct studies to apply the latest market technologies to the proposed solutions
- Accountability and stakeholder management.

- A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics. PhD a plus.
- Experience of 3 years in data science programming: Python with knowledge of packages such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Sklearn, Scipy, Keras, etc.
- Ability to manage the expectations of technical teams and of customers.
- Communication and influence.

- Highly motivated to deal with challenges and design innovative and transformative applications.
- Ability to carry out your duties independently, managing time and unforeseen events.
- High level of English required (written and conversational).
