What your day to day life will look like...
We develop artificial intelligence based solutions (IA) to promote the adoption of AI in the CaixaBank group. For this, we define the AI strategy in the CaixaBank group, offer scalable and robust AI services and applications, centralise and disseminate the knowledge and best practices in IA, and we explore new technologies and trends to remain at the forefront.
The Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence is a multidisciplinary team that conceptualises and develops projects with a user-centred vision that include cognitive applications (next generation of virtual assistants), solutions based on voice technologies and text analysis, advisors, natural language classifiers or document management.
The responsibilities you will have in this position are:
- Define and evolve an architecture based on reusable services for the entire organisation
- Manage and supervise teams of developers in an agile framework
- Design and implement complex solutions that entail integrating the entire technological stack
- Ensure the efficiency, quality, performance and scalability of the cognitive architecture
- Be proactive in the constant improvement of the architecture, keeping it updated with the latest products on the market
- Manage and monitor the quality of the software delivered
- Identify, implement and monitor best practices in project development
- Design and create MVPs that can be used to validate, understand and accelerate the proposed developments
- Know the architecture and the internal/external technological capabilities, keep the equipment updated and propose improvements to the current components
- Identify security problems and propose solutions to resolve them
- Work with stakeholders to identify potential benefits and the options available for consideration

- Programming with: NodeJS, Python, PHP, SQL, C, C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, Angular, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS
- Facing challenges and designing innovative and transformative applications
- Designing complex data models, and relational and non-relational databases.
- Working as a team in English
Other requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
- Minimum experience of 5 years working as an architect of IT solutions
- Experience implementing AI solutions with 3as applications or internal architectures
- Experience in MLOps and DevOps
- Knowledge of market solutions on AI – Watson, GoogleCloud, AWS, Azure – a plus
- Knowledge of AI technologies a plus: language processing, machine translation, emotion detection, language detection, classification, image processing, voice recognition,…
- Ability to adapt to new objectives, tools and work
- Ability to analyse, identify risks, their implications, relationships, consistencies
- Ability to understand complex system requirements and orientation to production environments
- Oriented to the exchange of knowledge and experiences
- Ability to work independently, managing time and unplanned events
