What projects do we develop?
Technological projects related to the financial sector: online banking, apps and ATMs.
What will your day by day be like?
- Analysis and scheduling of products, projects and solutions in the financial sector.
- Overall development of software, understanding the whole lifecycle: review of requirements, analysis of the solution, programming and testing, review of incidents.
- Detecting synergistic gains and dependences among the various business areas and defining action plans.
- Ensuring that the products developed are consistent with the overall business strategy.
- Being the person responsible for the project’s financial planning. Identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Seeking solutions that cover business needs with sustainable technological approaches (use of resources, ease of maintenance, etc.).
- Ensuring the proper implementation of the solutions developed in different locations.
- Ensuring the use of methodological and technological tools that help improve the work being done, proposing improvements to the way of taking on the projects.
- Anticipating risks, identifying problems and circumstances that harm the project and recommending realistic solutions within the scope of the team.
Key skills and requirements:
- Required Training/Education: Computer Engineering / Telecommunications, Degree in Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
- Experience working with self-service networks/applications a must.
- Knowledge in work models of XFS devices a must.
- Knowledge in managing self-service networks.
- Knowledge in financial products (self-service cards and operations).
- Knowledge in networks/communications a plus.
- Having developed apps for self-service/financial kiosks desirable.
- Knowledge in relational databases a plus.
- Work experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar) and management tools (Clarity PPM, Confluence, Picnic, etc.) a must.
- Programming experience with java, html5, css, js, SWIFT, kotlin, react native, flutter and nativescript desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in testing and QA methods and tools a plus.
- Knowledge of Design System and use of Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch desirable.
- English required.
- Team work.
- Communication and analytical skills are desirable, as well as experience in implementing/participating in several projects at the same time, including short-term and long-term planning.
- Ideally, the candidate will be a methodical and organised person who can multitask and ensure excellent results and quality.
