Role and location
We are looking for an AI expert to join our AI Centre of Excellence, a multidisciplinary team that conceptualises and develops projects with a user-centred vision. From next-generation virtual assistants to advanced natural language processing solutions, you will be responsible for driving our AI initiatives. This role offers a hybrid working model, with up to 60% remote work, depending on the project
Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype AI solutions, integrating new technologies with existing systems.
- Act as a technical expert in AI, providing guidance and expertise to teams.
- Identify use cases and apply AI solutions to business needs.
- Ensure alignment between products and the company’s global strategy.
- Collaborate on the implementation and quality of developed solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing realistic solutions.
Must-have requirements
- University degree in Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI, with technologies such as cognitive assistants, natural language processing or voice processing.
- Experience in implementing AI solutions with proprietary or third-party architectures.
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, Java).
- High level of English (written and conversational).
“Nice-to-have” requirements
- Experience in AI platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of machine learning, mathematical and statistical models (Transformers, RNNs, Gradient Boosting).
- Familiarity with MLOps and agile methodologies.
- Communication and leadership skills, with experience of public speaking.
