What your day to day life will look like...
- As part of your daily tasks, you will be in constant touch with other technical departments of the company
- You will be in constant communication with multiple interlocutors (own team, other technical areas, bank business departments, other departments of CBK Tech, etc.)
- Lead independently the decisions related to the end-to-end project
- You will design technical aspects of projects. Low- and high-level designs.
- You will lead the work of a team with significant outsourcing with a clear goal to achieve
- You will provide support to other components of the team in the more technical aspects of a project
- You will define realistic performance metrics for the project, recognising the associated costs
- You will contribute your technical and functional knowledge to achieve the challenges quickly, efficiently and with quality.
Key skills and requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or another technical degree.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of programming languages, database management, deploying and managing cloud applications, devops and building APIs.
- Know and be able to decide the best technical options that affect the feasibility and scalability of projects.
- Knowledge of the field of investment and advice products.
- Extensive knowledge of the design, presentation and defence of high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD).
- Knowledge of SLAs/SLR, service management from the point of view of monitoring, alerts, scaling, etc.
- Ability to interact with technical departments (architecture/infrastructure/security) of the company in all the typical phases of a project’s life cycle
- Accustomed to doing technological designs with the technical characteristics of the projects.
- Ability to analyse and design project implementation/maintenance solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with them.
- Experience in similar positions. Experience in a financial institution a plus.
- Desire to grow and develop professionally with us, continuously acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the project or customer, and manage pressure.
- Active communication and listening, understanding while allowing colleagues to express themselves.
- Know the techniques for process escalation, high availability and load-sharing in order to appropriately manage the evolution of the projects.
- Capacity to adapt to limiting aspects.
- Team leadership and negotiation skills.
- Accustomed to working in a multidisciplinary team in which there is a constant flow of information and support between all members.
- Knowledge of financial products a plus.
- Experience in similar positions. Experience in a financial institution a plus.
What projects do we develop?
We develop projects in the field of investment products, advisory services involving investment products, and the implementation of MiFID regulations and reporting to customer and public institutions related with the world of the investment and financial advice.
