What your day to day life will look like...
- As part of your daily tasks, you will be in constant touch with other technical departments of the company
- End-to-end management of projects with a strong technical approach focused on practical applications, and collaborating in decision-making (technical vision) on large and complex projects involving the environment where you will perform these functions
- Lead independently the decisions related to the end-to-end project
- You will design technical aspects of projects. Low- and high-level designs.
- You will lead the work of a team with significant outsourcing with a clear goal to achieve
- You will provide support to other components of the team in the more technical aspects of a project
- You will define realistic performance metrics for the project, recognising the associated costs
- You will contribute your technical and functional knowledge to achieve the challenges quickly, efficiently and with quality.
Key skills and requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of programming languages, database management, deploying and managing cloud applications, devops and building APIs.
- Know and be able to decide the best technical options that affect the feasibility and scalability of projects.
- Extensive knowledge of the design, presentation and defence of high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD).
- Ability to interact with technical departments (architecture/infrastructure/security) of the company in all the typical phases of a project’s life cycle
- Accustomed to doing technological designs with the technical characteristics of the projects
- Ability to analyse and design solutions to implement/maintain processes.
- Know about the use of process notation standards
- Know the market and the technical vision of the projects being managed
- Awareness of Agile methodologies and experience working with them
- Experience in similar positions. Experience in a financial institution a plus
- Desire to grow and develop professionally with us, continuously acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to adapt to the project or customer´s needs and to handle pressure
- Active communication and listening in an understanding manner, as well as allowing colleagues to express themselves
- Know the techniques for process escalation, high availability and load-sharing in order to appropriately manage the evolution of the projects
- Ability to design both short-term (3 months) and medium-term (6-9 months) strategies in the projects they manage
What projects do we develop?
Projects to analyse and implement technical solutions for Business Processes with an end-to-end vision for the End Customer, using technical tools such as BPM, BRMS, RPA, RDA, AI, Process Mining, custom applications, document management and more. All of it implemented in SSMM, S/370 and Cloud architectures.
