What your day to day life will look like...
- You will coordinate a team of software engineers.
- You will participate in defining the domain’s technological roadmap, making strategic decisions about best practices, tools, and methodology.
- You will foster a culture of best practices, security, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- You will coordinate the workload and output of the team (holidays, backups, profile requirements, etc.).
- You will focus on ensuring timely and proper delivery (quality) of what has been agreed upon.
- You will report on the release and alignment with strategy.
- You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into viable technical solutions.
Key skills and requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in application development using programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, depending on the
profile, in DevOps environments. Experience promoting technical excellence.
- Experience in technological ecosystems using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Experience in database design, implementation and maintenance. Responsibility in the identification and solving of complex
technical problems, code optimisation and performance analysis.
- Extensive experience in designing scalable, secure, and efficient systems tailored to business needs.
- Proven experience coordinating technical teams in development environments. Experience in continuous feedback and career development for
technical profiles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend or frontend technologies (depending on the domain).
- Ability to make complex technical and strategic decisions and align the team with the proposed vision.
- Communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams.
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
The following will be valued…
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of corporate tools and platforms (e.g. API Management, Camunda, Open Services).
- Experience in regulated or highly critical technological environments
