The candidate will join the Technical architecture team, which is developing the transformation of the OPEN development and execution platform, CaixaBank’s core architecture, leading its technical evolution and defining the technical patterns to design the operations executed on it.
The responsibilities in the position include:
The profile required is that of Tech Delivery Lead, which will be expected to carry out the following functions:
- Lead the team of architects that are working on each of the track’s developments.
- Design and validate transversal modules within the technical architecture.
- Technically understand the projects to be executed, interacting with the internal teams and provider to carry out the design and validate assessments and planning.
- Serve as the liaison with the OPEN definition areas, being able to debate different solutions and making decisions on the technical feasibility thereof.
- Serve as the liaison with other architecture areas in order to work on the designs and co-responsibilities.
- Experience managing teams of 10-15 people.
- Have experience in project and management and agile methodology.
- Have experience in demand management and infrastructure and application capacity management.
- Have experience in managing and overseeing suppliers.
- Set and follow-up on SLAs, KPIs.
