What your day to day life will look like...

• You will lead the generation of strategic value metrics, guaranteeing visibility, traceability and alignment with the business goals.
• You will be responsible for demonstrating tangible value through KPIs and coordinating the operation with a focus on efficiency and results, enabling the transformation of data into decisions.
• You will analyse, consolidate and present KPIs that measure the value delivered, efficiency and goal fulfilment (term, extent, quality).
• You will design executive dashboards using tools like Qlik, connected to database engines in Oracle datapool or Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, CloudSQL, etc.) to monitor the Production with Management and key areas of the organisation.
• You will participate in administrating and defining workflows in planning and management tools such as Clarity PPM, Rally CA and JIRA.
• You will propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring and decision-making processes.
• You will coordinate the team’s work with a clear objective.
• You will conduct reviews together with the main internal and external stakeholders.
• You will learn about the market and the business vision of the projects you will manage.
• You will independently lead the decisions related to the overall end-to-end project.

What we are looking for

• Degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
• Proven experience in managing production offices and portfolios (Demand Management, Office Portfolio).
• Previous experience in business analysis, IT finances or value management.
• Mastery of tools: Clarity PPM, Rally CA and JIRA.
• Knowledge in Oracle or Google Cloud (BigQuery, SQL standard) database management.
• Mastery of visualisation tools: Qlik Sense, Powee BI or similar.
• Knowledge in the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps).
• Analytical skills and critical thinking abilities focusing on results.
• Ability to present technical data to executives.
• Collaborative leadership and facilitation skills.
• High orientation to internal clients and focused on generating value.
• Negotiation and prioritisation skills in complex environments.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English.
