What your day to day life will look like...
You will develop product design and implementation projects for CaixaBank’s international branches. Functional areas related to Business Banking. Specifically, Customer Products, Assets (Loans, Guarantees, Warranties, Reverse Factoring, Factoring, Documentary Credits), Payment Methods (Transfers, Cheques, Bills, Receipts), Treasury and Línea Abierta. These products are focused on our international operational branches abroad (UK, France, Poland, Morocco, Germany and Italy).
- Agile Development: promoting the use of Agile methodologies, understanding the manifesto and assimilating the values and principles of the methodology.
- Product Backlog: any of the areas described above: clients, products or services.
- Coordinating vendor teams developing the product, following the different phases and deliverables of the project, using the new Agile methodologies.
- Coordination of other suppliers, CaixaBank Group standards or specific to each country where local products are developed.
- Maintain dialogue with people in the International Banking business area and establish long-term relationships with the client, both internal (first level) and users of the operational branches located in the different countries.
- Liaison with different official authorities in the different countries (clearing house, central risk office, money laundering offices, central banks, etc.).
- Continuous support to branches and their Back Office.
- Liaison with other internal areas at the bank (Organisation, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, etc.).
- Identifying business needs and transferring them to the vendor for project execution.
- Collaborating with the CaixaBank Tech strategy and/or participating in business processes and functions involving the teams.
- Ensuring that each product delivery is aligned to the stakeholder’s expectations.
- Identifying business areas that can be developed by the company.
