What your day to day life will look like...
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join the CaixaBank Group’s technological transformation process, contributing to the design and development of AI architectures aligned with business needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working on solutions based on machine learning, LLMs, intelligent agents and cognitive architectures, with an agile methodology approach and the support of senior profiles who will accompany you in your professional growth. All this within a multidisciplinary team focused on agile working methodology.
Duties:
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of AI architectures (ML, LLMs, smart agents, RAG) for real applications.
- Participate in the evolution of the cognitive platform, including the deployment of models, details pipelines and associated services.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of model lifecycles (MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps) with a focus on quality and automation.
- Help in the monitoring and maintenance of production models, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, IT architects, data engineering teams, and infrastructure teams to integrate solutions into the corporate cloud ecosystem.
- Apply good engineering practices, code quality, and CI/CD in the development of solutions.
Key skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science.
- +2 years of experience in ML/AI (in relevant professional or academic projects).
- Knowledge in the productisation of AI models (batch or online).
- Good command of Python and libraries from the ML/AI ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or others).
- Experience or interest in cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure) and virtualised environments/containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps.
- Ability to work in a team, learn from senior profiles and add value to complex projects.
- Spoken and written English (intermediate level or above).
