What your day to day life will look like...
- AI Solution Design and Development: You will lead the creation of advanced solutions based on machine learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning. You will work on large-scale projects requiring optimisation and high performance, applying innovative techniques such as generative AI (GANs, autoencoders).
- Full ML Lifecycle: You will manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, from conception to production, automating pipelines and handling CI/CD.
- Deployment and Scalability: You will deploy models in production, both on-premise and in the cloud, using event-driven architectures and REST APIs, integrating them with modern technology infrastructure to ensure scalability and performance.
- Technical Leadership and Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will guide technical teams and collaborate closely with data science, development and operations experts to implement AI solutions that enhance strategic and operational decision-making within the company.
- Infrastructure Management: You will manage applications both on-premise and in the cloud.

Key skills and requirements:
- Degree or engineering qualification in a STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence.
- 3+ years of experience working with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- 1+ Experience in Cloud Computing (Google Cloud, Azure or IBMCloud)
- Advanced knowledge of Python AI libraries: PyTorch, Tensorflow, Sklearn, Scipy.
- Advanced knowledge of MLOps tools: Kubeflow, Seldon, MLflow and Vertex AI
- Knowledge of software solutions: Jenkins, GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Desired skills:
- MSc or PhD specialising in artificial intelligence or related fields
- Experience leading high-impact technical initiatives, managing complex projects with multiple teams.
- Knowledge of optimised architectures with distributed clusters and GPUs.
- Deep understanding of state-of-the-art neural networks and generative AI systems.
- Agile working methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
