What your day to day life will look like...

• Lideraràs el disseny, desenvolupament i integració de la plataforma operativa basada en Appian, assegurant la correcta interacció amb sistemes interns i APIs.
• Governaràs el procés de redissenyo de fluxos de treball i la transformació de processos, garantint que l’operació del negoci s’adapti a les millors pràctiques tecnològiques.
• Dirigiràs i coordinaràs equips tècnics i multidisciplinaris, mantenint una comunicació fluida amb els diferents departaments involucrats.
• Contribuiràs a la planificació estratègica del projecte, identificant riscos tècnics i definint estratègies de mitigació.
• Impulsaràs la innovació i actuar com a referent en l’ús de Appian, especialment en entorns cloud (preferentment amb experiència en AWS).

Requisits

• Experiència Tècnica: Mínim +5 anys d’experiència en Appian, amb coneixement comprovat en entorns cloud i, preferiblement, experiència operant en AWS.
• Certificació: Posseir certificació reconeguda com Lead Developer en Appian.
• Projectes de Gran Envergadura: Haver participat en projectes que involucrin la creació i integració de plataformes complexes, incloent-hi l’experiència en redissenyo de processos i en l’orquestració de múltiples integracions internes.
• Habilitats de Lideratge: Capacitat demostrada per liderar i coordinar equips de treball, gestionar stakeholders i prendre decisions estratègiques en entorns dinàmics.
• Soft Skills: Comunicació efectiva, habilitat per treballar en equip i adaptabilitat a un entorn d’alta exigència i constant canvi.
• Idiomes: Nivell upper-intermedi d’anglès, adequat per desembolicar-se en contextos internacionals.
• Ubicació: Possibilitat d’incorporació a Madrid, Barcelona o Sevilla, segons la disponibilitat i necessitats del projecte.
