What your day to day life will look like...
The main mission of the post will be to add value to the company via the implementation of human resources processes and accompaniment to the professional development of the people in assigned areas. The key duties will also include being in charge of:
- Human resource planning and developing recruitment strategies to cover vacancies.
- Carry out structured interviews and assess candidates according to their abilities, experience and responsibilities.
- Manage pertinent tests and evaluations for the functions.
- Employee selection based on the evaluations and offer employment to the selected candidates.
- Offer support and advice to administrators, managers and employees in human resources matters.
- Collaborate in orientation and onboarding processes to guarantee the effective integration of new employees in the organisation.
- Advise the Directors in decision-making in recruitment.
- Implement career paths and talent management, identify development needs and potential search.
- The HRBP will also manage and plan both programme and staffing budgets.
In coordination with corporate experts and HR Management, the HRBP will monitor labour relations, reduce legal exposure, ensure compliance with the applicable labour laws, and coordinate internal and external selection processes to find the best person for the job.
Requirements
- Higher education: Psychology, Business Administration and Management, Law, Labour Relations. (other degrees/studies may be considered).
- Complementary knowledge on Human Resources will be valued
- Experience essential in the technological environment (HIGH TECH).
- Two years’ experience as HRBP with practical experience in multiple HR disciplines
- Good level of English preferred.
- Powers: Communication and influence, resolution and agility, customer and results-oriented, initiative and proactivity, empathy and assertiveness, analytical skills and constant learning.
