What your day to day life will look like...
You will be responsible for developing innovative proof of concept in the field of CaixaBank Group artificial intelligence, assessing it and incubating productive pilots. For this you will use agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop proof of concept and pilots using Artificial intelligence to increase the business value of the CaixaBank Group.
- Summarise and/or demonstrate conclusions of the proof of concept in a project deliverables template (simple and structured format).
- Study and assess the state of the art of new AI techniques, drawing conclusions and structuring reasoning based on the analysis. This may require reading and summarising scientific articles.
- Propose use cases where new AI techniques can have an impact on the CaixaBank Group.
- Share the results internally (talks, training sessions, etc.) adapting the language to the audience (tech attendees and others).
- Requirements
- Key skills and requirements
- University degree in Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or similar qualifications.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning and experience creating regression, classification, clustering models, etc. Using techniques such as neural networks, autoencoders, CNNs, Graph Neural Networks etc.
- Knowledge of the top Generative AI trends.
- Experience in building and training Graph Neural Networks will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of Python and software machine learning library (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc. ).
- Technical knowledge on the development of software in the following languages/tools will be highly valued: NodeJS, PHP, SQL Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, Angular, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Unity, etc.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Knowledge of the management tool Rally will be highly valued.
- High level of English required (written and conversational).
- Ability to create presentations with results for technical audiences and executive documents for management.
- Public speaking skills and ability to discuss technical knowledge to different types of audiences.
- Active listening skills and dynamic and innovative team work.
- High motivation when faced with challenges and ability to adapt to change with creative solutions for specific issues.
- Experience in the development of technological prototypes within the services sector will be considered.
- Knowledge of financial products and services will be considered.
- Experience/knowledge in the following tech trends also managed by the team will be valued: Blockchain, Asset tokenisation, Digital identity, Quantum, AR/VR.
