What your day to day life will look like...
As a Security Architect, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Security Architecture team based in Barcelona or Madrid. Your mission will be to design and develop security solutions for the organisation’s software architectures, implementing innovative approaches such as Zero Trust, Layered Security, and Security by Design.
Description of responsibilities:
- Design and implement security solutions in software architectures, including authentication, authorisation, and access control services.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures throughout the software lifecycle.
- Support security reviews, identify vulnerabilities and propose corrective actions.
- Lead the technical implementation of security practices and policies.
- Research and integrate innovative security solutions aligned with emerging standards and trends.
Must haves:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a security architect, especially in authentication and authorisation services.
- Advanced knowledge of standards such as FIDO2, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML.
- Proficiency in development with frameworks such as Spring (Spring Security, Spring Boot) and languages like Python, GO or Rust.
- Experience with Identity Providers solutions and hybrid cloud environments.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or CEH.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience mitigating vulnerabilities in API-REST and OWASP Top 10 services.
- Technical leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
