It does this by promoting the best practices, standards and tools laid out in the new model, and guaranteeing they are used successfully and managing the change process.\r\n\r\nWe help Delivery teams to be self-sufficient in their knowledge and experience, creating capabilities within CaixaBankTech to encourage innovation, the use of new technologies and work methodologies.\r\n\r\nAll of this is done within a multidisciplinary team focused on agile frameworks.\r\n\r\nThe <strong>responsibilities <\/strong>related to the position are to:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Inspire the entire organisation as leaders of change and the new culture.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Design solutions based on BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) and the technical architecture of microservices, events and Single Page Application. Integrated with the market tools of our technology partners and the leading cloud providers.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Contribute experience in Design Thinking dynamics that can be used to tackle challenges through collaboration and by promoting team work.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Guide teams and individuals in adopting agile work methodologies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>","descripcion_requesitos":"<ul>\r\n \t<li>Designing creative solutions involving BIAN domains to improve interoperability and efficiency in the banking industry.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Working in multidisciplinary teams with Design Thinking dynamics that allow us to address challenges through collaboration and focusing on users, which results in solutions that are more effective and satisfactory for our customers.
